Quality Assurance
Ours is an ISO accredited firm,
which understands role of quality in the success. In our premise, a
well planned quality control policy is followed which makes us move only
quality assured products out of the factory. The stringent quality
control policy of our enterprise is divided at three levels that are as
follows:-
- Level 1: In the first level Incoming Inspection Test is conducted by our QA department. The series include in this test is:
- Visual inspection of All Casting hydro pressure
- Glass Impact test on 3% of total stock
- Functional test of Electrical items
- Dimensional tests of Mechanical items
- Level 2- After the basis tests in first level, our QA team pass the entire range through In process Inspection Test stage which basically includes Self inspection procedure. In it, tests of:
- Stage wise tests of Machining dimension on initial 3 nos is conducted
- 100% balance intermediate is ensured
- Assembly stage inspection is done for ensuring perfection of dressing, earthing and components
- Selection of wire size, cable entries, components and mounting style is made
- Level 3: This is the Final Inspection Test stage, record of this pre dispatch inspection is properly kept by the QA department. Final inspections include:
- Functional test
- Visual inspection for any defects or color shed on the products
- Marking on the entire range of products
